CASHEWNUT AND BADAM LADOO

INGREDIENTS:

    Cashew Nuts            -1 cup

    Badam (Almond)     -1 cup

    Jaggery Powder       – ¾ cup

    Elaichi powder         – 1/2 tsp

    Ghee                          – 1 tsp

METHOD :

-Grind the cashew nuts ,badam into powder and keep aside in a bowl.

-Then add the jaggery powder and elaichi powder and mix well.

-Heat 1 tsp ghee and pour it into the mixture and make small balls to form ladoo.
