  1. Bibimbap

3. Vegetable Pancakes Or Yachaejeon

Made with baby portobello mushrooms, flour, green onion, leek, onion, shrimp, soy sauce, sweet potato, and vegetable pancakes is one of the healthiest Korean dishes to try at home. Yachaejeon can easily be customized to your liking. For the mixture, you can also use zucchini, sweet potato, carrots, onions, and scallions. 

4. Bulgogi

Bulgogi or Korean barbecue is thin slices of beef or sometimes pork marinated in a sweet-savory sauce, then grilled to juicy perfection. Undoubtedly, this well-known Korean traditional dish is enough to make your guests drool. 

5. Tteok-bokki

Tteok-Bokki or stir-fried rice cake is a beloved Korean dish with many variations and a rich history. Firstly, steamed rice cakes are paired with fish balls, boiled eggs, and scallions. After that, all these ingredients are tossed in a spicy gravy made out of tomatoes and chilies.
