January Coffee Chat

The Bi-weekly 28th and 29th Virtual coffee cum Business chat for Prayaana Entrepreneurs Collective was held on 9th and 23rd January 2021.
The goal of the Coffee chat was to connect a group of women entrepreneurs and business professionals who want to level up their personal and professional development skills, encouraging collaborations with a group of like-minded women who struggles. The participants learned new skills, shared ideas, and gave moral support to each other.
The participants were a mix of women entrepreneurs and homemakers who were passionate about making their dreams come true. New members were also introduced and the existing members also shared their experiences.
Mentors discussed new business opportunities, network marketing, and shared valuable advice and tips to promote business building tools, personal growth, and planning of upcoming events was done.
The Meet leader was Prayaana Member Ms. Sajna Sudhirkumar, A Preschool teacher by profession with a thirst for trying hands on different earth-friendly ventures, founder of Nithal Associates ( a distributor of organic home care products), Happy Petalz ( an online store for indoor plants and ecofriendly products) & Kerala Spices 4u ( a new venture to promote traditional Kerala spice with natural flavors across the country). She shared her inspiring journey from being an academician to entrepreneur. She also told, how through networking she got exposure to various customers and realized what they were actually looking for. Also, she added by attending training through mentoring
sessions she expects her business will bloom into what she envisions.
Prayaana is organizing the C2C mission 2021 across PAN India for professional women and campus to career support girls in colleges providing them advanced coaching in career competencies. Campus Ambassador Drive was launched in colleges across PAN India and Prayaana Hubs were launched in different colleges across India on 26th January 2021 to empower, build, up bring and train 2021 girls and
women by the end of the year 2021.
