Masaba Gupta Launches Her Beauty Brand Love Child With An Aim To Focus On Self-Care


Masaba Gupta will become the youngest, if not the first, Indian designer to target a comprehensive make-up and wellness market with her brand LoveChild.

Fashion designer-actor Masaba Gupta is all set to embark on a new journey as she recently launched her own beauty and skincare line LoveChild. Her line includes high-performance color cosmetics, skincare, and wellness solutions – formulated for every age group that suits all skin tones. 

With her newly dropped season of Masaba Masaba on Netflix — it’s quite evident that her products and storytelling come from a deeply personal place. “For a major part of my life, the term love child has been leading the narrative irrespective of who I was or what I had achieved.

While I never understood why it was such a huge part of my introduction, I decided to own it and build a positive and wholesome feeling around the term.” Masaba said recently. 

Her line consists of an eclectic range of rich lip colors in the form of bullet and liquid lipsticks, nail paints, face mists, intimate wipes, and calming oils. LoveChild is not just another beauty and skincare line as they want to open up the conversation around feminine hygiene by including intimate wipes in this line. According to Masaba, “female hygiene piece products are often overlooked in India and nobody talks about it. We created an intimate wipe called P.H. I love you. Such a fun name but we also really wanted to open up the conversation around female hygiene.”

Recently in a video shared on LoveChild’s Instagram page, Masaba talks about her brand, the inspiration behind it, and how the term ‘lovechild’ stuck with her despite all her achievements.
