In 2008, Ashalata made it to the Under-17 national
team and rose through the ranks, even after a serious injury in 2016. Balancing football with her railway job was tough, but she never gave up.
Ashalata’s efforts were recognized when she became the team captain in 2018. Despite challenges, she keeps pushing forward, inspiring others with her dedication. Nominated for the AFC Player of the Year in 2019, her hard work paid off, earning her continental recognition.
