Yet, her life took a dramatic turn, and she became a shining beacon of empowerment, inspiring countless others with her strength and resilience.

Twenty years ago, Shabana’s life changed forever when she adopted her daughter, Bibi Fatima. Despite facing numerous challenges, Shabana was determined to give Fatima a life filled with love, dignity, and opportunities. She nurtured her daughter’s passions, and Fatima’s interest in kickboxing began to flourish when she was just 12 years old.

With unwavering support from her mother, Fatima’s dedication and hard work paid off. She started winning medals at district, state, and national levels, her collection growing to an impressive 23 medals, including a gold at the prestigious Karnataka State Championship.

As Shabana watches her daughter compete, her heart swells with pride. “Fatima is not just my daughter; she is my pride, my legacy,” she says, her eyes shining with happiness. Fatima, too, credits her mother’s love and dedication for her success. “Ammu is my strength. I want to reach even greater heights and make her proud,” she says, her determination evident.

Together, Shabana and Fatima are an unstoppable duo, their bond growing stronger with each passing day. With her mother’s blessings and unwavering support, Fatima is now preparing for upcoming competitions, her sights set on winning medals on the international stage and bringing pride to both her mother and the nation.
