Apoorva Yadav, a young and ambitious Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, has been making headlines since she secured the 13th All India Rank (AIR) in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) exam. What sets Apoorva apart from other IAS officers is her unique journey.
