Celebrities gathered in Antibes, France for the 30th annual amfAR gala during the Cannes Film Festival to support AIDS research. Hosted by Demi Moore, the event featured stars like Michelle Yeoh, Heidi Klum, Kelly Rowland, and Paris Jackson. Rowland addressed a recent controversy, emphasizing her commitment to personal boundaries.

The gala, held at Hôtel du Cap, Eden Roc, attracted models, actors, and fashion designers, with guests paying thousands for tables. The evening began with cocktails and selfies, followed by a live auction featuring artworks and experiences. An Andy Warhol lithograph of Elizabeth Taylor fetched €350,000, while a Chris Levine portrait of the Queen sold for €475,000.

A fashion runway show curated by Carine Roitfeld showcased designs from Chanel, Dior, and Louis Vuitton, raising €500,000. Experiences like a walk-on role in “Emily in Paris” went for €250,000. Nick Jonas and Cher entertained guests, with the afterparty continuing by the hotel pool with Diplo spinning tunes until dawn.

The event raised funds for amfAR, supporting AIDS research, prevention, and treatment since 1985.
