Pimples are a common concern for many, affecting not only women but also men and teenagers. Oftentimes, the root cause lies in an internal imbalance, necessitating a holistic approach for effective treatment and understanding Hormonal Acne and Its Impact. Alongside external care, maintaining a clean stomach is crucial to address this issue.

To begin, prioritize a diet rich in green vegetables like spinach, lettuce, cabbage, fenugreek, and celery, along with ample servings of fresh salads and seasonal fruits. Hydration is key, so aim for 10-12 glasses of water daily and incorporate natural, uncanned juices. This aids in flushing out toxins and promoting a healthy digestive system. While non-vegetarian options should lean toward fish and chicken, it’s best to avoid red meats.

Certain foods should be strictly avoided, such as sweets, fried and oily dishes, chocolates, ice creams, and aerated drinks. Encourage young ones to opt for water instead of sugary colas, instilling healthy eating habits from an early age.

Moving on to external care, cleanliness is paramount. Particularly for oily skin prone to pimples, maintaining squeaky clean skin is crucial. Prepare an antiseptic face tonic using 100 gm of fresh mint leaves boiled in 1 liter of water, strained, and cooled, mixed with 1 tsp of camphor. Store this solution in the refrigerator and use it multiple times a day to combat excess oiliness.

Additionally, create a skin pack by mixing sandalwood powder, fuller’s earth, camphor, and rose water. Apply this mixture on clean skin, allowing it to dry completely before rinsing off with cold water. For best results, repeat this process three to four times per week.

Avoid the temptation to touch or squeeze pimples with unclean hands, as this can cause infections and leave behind marks. If marks are already present, a homemade pack can help reduce their appearance. Combine dried green pea powder, sandalwood powder, ground cloves, rice powder, mint powder, neem powder, Fuller’s earth, camphor, and rose water. Gently scrub this mixture onto your face and neck using circular motions, then rinse off after 5-7 minutes. With regular use, this exfoliating scrub can help lighten the marks.

Remember, achieving clear skin requires consistent effort and discipline. Take charge of your skincare routine, addressing the internal and external aspects of pimple care.
