- 1/4 tsp red chili powder (optional)
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
For the Batter:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup water
- Oil, for frying
Instructions:
