In an exclusive interview with ETimes TV, Dipika dispelled these rumors and clarified her stance, revealing that she is simply taking a break from the industry.
Addressing the reports of quitting acting, Dipika expressed, “I came across news of me leaving acting as a career. People misunderstood my comments from a previous interview. I have always desired to embrace the life of a housewife. However, it does not mean that I do not aspire to work again. I may take a break for the next few years or accept a promising opportunity that comes my way. It all depends on how I feel once I welcome my baby.”
Dipika and Shoaib announced their joyous news of pregnancy in 2022 through an adorable photoshoot. Sharing the delightful moment on Instagram, they wrote, “With hearts full of gratitude, happiness, excitement, and nervousness, we announce that we are expecting our first child. This is the most beautiful phase of our lives, and we are eagerly embracing parenthood. We seek your prayers and love for our little one.”
