  • Speaking of revenue, the economics of running a food truck is important to consider. You should aim to keep your food costs at around 30% of your sales and plan for overhead expenses such as salaries, marketing, and utilities. To break even, you need to make sales of at least Rs. 15,000 every day of the month.
