Having started her career as part of the Front Office Team, Neha has risen through the ranks steadily and has spent over 13 years with Hyatt, working for various brands under the Hyatt India umbrella. Her appointment as General Manager at Hyatt Place Vadodara marks her first stint in this role, as she joins the property from her previous assignment as Assistant General Manager at Hyatt Place Hyderabad Banjara Hills.
Throughout her career, Neha has shown strong operational and leadership instincts, contributed to revenue growth, fostered a deeper sense of teamwork, and demonstrated empathizing and problem-solving skills to enhance the guest experience. These qualities will be instrumental in furthering Hyatt Place Vadodara’s objective of capturing a larger market share and enhancing service standards in the city.
