Implementing a meticulous schedule, she dedicated 15-16 hours every day to her studies, opting for Political Science and International Relations as her optional subjects.

In 2017, Abhilasha tied the knot with her husband Ankit, a successful businessman whom she had known since 2015. Their bond gradually blossomed into love, culminating in a joyous marriage. Abhilasha credited her husband and in-laws for their unwavering support, both emotionally and financially, which played a crucial role in motivating her throughout her journey.

Finally, on her fourth attempt, Abhilasha emerged triumphant, securing an impressive All India Rank of 68 in the UPSC exam. Reflecting on her experience, she acknowledged that her failures served as invaluable lessons, spurring her to address her weaknesses head-on. Offering guidance to future UPSC aspirants, Abhilasha emphasized the importance of incorporating daily newspaper reading into one’s routine to stay updated on current affairs. Additionally, she advised young enthusiasts to solidify their foundational knowledge by referring to NCERT books. Abhilasha also emphasized the significance of diligently working on aptitude, an area where she faced personal challenges.
