If only I had some moments for me
I would let my soul break free
Unmindful of the busy present
Lost in the future that could be.

If only I could steal some moments for me
I would let my heart beat for just me
Unregretful of the sorrows of the past
Moving on to the possibilities there might be.

If only I had lived a moment that was just mine
I would treasure it forever more
Untrue to myself I perhaps have been
As I don t even long for such a moment anymore

If only I had a moment to realize
I would relive my life and without guise
For unseen that moment has lain in front of me all this while
The moment to live is right here and now.
