Bonita Rajpurohit comes from a middle-class family in Rajasthan and has harbored a passion for cinema since childhood. Recently, Ekta Kapoor introduced her as the lead of LSD 2 on social media and provided a glimpse of her life in a small introductory video.

In the video, Bonita shares her journey, stating, “My name is Bonita Rajpurohit, and I belong to Rajasthan. Since the beginning, I have discovered myself through movies. Whenever I saw someone like myself in films, I felt that yes, this person is like me and my story matters too.”

Reflecting on her early struggles surviving on a meager income, Bonita recalls, “I used to work in a small production house where my salary ranged from 10 to 15 thousand rupees, and making ends meet was very difficult. I never even dreamed that I would get a role in acting. And now, here I am, actually getting to play the lead role in a Bollywood film.”

Bonita also shares her experience working as the lead in Love Sex Aur Dhoka 2, emphasizing the emotional challenges of portraying her own experiences. She expresses her motivation behind films, stating, “My biggest motivation has been to see women like me on-screen.”
