Jimin Set to Release Debut Solo Album “Like Crazy” in March
Jimin, one of the popular K-pop band BTS members, is set to release his debut solo album titled “Like Crazy” on March 24, 2023. The album comprises six tracks, including the title track “Like Crazy,” which will be available in both Korean and English versions.
“Like Crazy” is a synth-pop song with intense synth and drum sounds that highlight Jimin’s poignant voice. The album cover features the logo “FACE” in a ripple-like pattern on the water’s surface, further adding to the song’s overall aesthetics.
This is not the first time Jimin has released solo music. Earlier in March, he released a single titled “Set Me Free Pt 2,” which has been receiving praise from fans. The song showcases Jimin’s dance skills in a hip-hop number that delves into the singer’s innermost desire to break free.
Jimin’s debut solo album comes after BTS’s announcement that they would be going on an indefinite hiatus in 2022, with each member focusing on their individual careers. The members will also be fulfilling their mandatory military service in South Korea during this time.
Fans of the ARMY, BTS’s loyal fanbase, were heartbroken after the announcement. However, Jimin’s upcoming solo debut, along with other members’ individual projects, gives fans something to look forward to during the hiatus.
