Imagine a serene Sunday morning, the sun gently streaming through the windows and I wake up to the tantalizing thought of breakfast. Come, let’s take a culinary journey with Katrina Kaif’s Cheese Dosa, a delightful twist on the classic South Indian dish that’s bound to tickle your taste buds.

Ingredients:

  1. Dosa batter
  2. Onion, sliced
  3. Capsicum/bell pepper, sliced
  4. Carrots, sliced
  5. Beans, sliced
  6. Other vegetables of your choice, sliced
  7. Cheese slices or grated cheese
  8. Oil

Steps:

Slice onion, capsicum, carrots, beans, and other vegetables of your choice.

Heat a nonstick pan and brush it with a little oil.

Pour and spread the dosa batter evenly on the pan.

Add the sliced vegetables on top of the dosa.

Place two slices of cheese (or sprinkle grated cheese) over the vegetables.

Lower the heat, cover the pan, and cook for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese melts.

Once the cheese has melted and the dosa is golden brown, remove it from the pan.

Voila! Breakfast is served. This Cheese Dosa is not just a meal; it’s an experience. The crispy edges, the soft and cheesy center, and the burst of fresh veggies with every bite – it’s pure bliss on a plate.
