Nisaba Godrej, daughter of Adi Godrej, the founder of Godrej Group, is the chairman of Godrej Consumer Products Limited, with a net worth of around Rs 1200 crore as of 2023. After taking over the position from her father in 2017, she implemented many changes beneficial to the company that generates revenue of Rs 42,500 crore. Recently, Godrej Consumer Products Ltd. (GCPL) agreed to purchase Raymond’s Consumer Care business, which involves the fragrance KS Spark, Park Avenue men’s grooming items, and Kamasutra sexual well-being items. The company will pay Rs 2,825 crore in cash for the acquisition, which is expected to close on May 10, 2023.
