Sampreeti Yadav secures a job at Google worth Rs. 110 LPA

Another remarkable achievement narrative of a student who not only made her parents proud but also the entire nation. Sampreeti Yadav, one of the engineering students, has managed to get a job at Google with an annual pay package of Rs 1.10 crore. On February 14th, 2022, she will begin her career at Google.

Sampreeti Yadav belongs from Nehru Nagar in Patna, Bihar, and is the daughter of Mr. Ramashankar Yadav and Mrs. Shashi Prabha. Her father is a financial institution officer, while her mother works in the Planning and Development department as an Assistant Director.

Sampreeti has been an exemplary performer. She completed her class 10th from Notre Dame

Academy in 2014 with a CGPA of 10. In 2016, she cracked the Engineering Selection Test, i.e., JEE Mains, right after finishing class 12th from the International School of Delhi. She enrolled at Delhi Technical University to pursue a Bachelor of Technology in computer science Engineering. In May 2021, she graduated from Delhi Technical University. Four companies approached her through on-campus college placement, including Adobe, Flipkart, and Microsoft. She chose the position given by Microsoft, which came with an annual package of Rs 44 lakhs. She received a job offer from Google while still working at Microsoft.

She had applied for various off-campus placements in addition to her on-campus college placements. One of the off-campus companies she tried was Google. She had her résumé emailed to Google. And, after nine rounds of interviews, her performance in each round of selection was appreciated by the interviewers. She was eventually offered a job at Google, which she will begin on February 14th, 2022.

Finally, Sampreeti states, “If one continues to work hard, one need not be concerned about obtaining their goal because they so will”.
