Little girl from J&K urges PM Modi to build better school

Seerat Naaz, a young girl from Lohai Malhar in the Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir, recently posted a video on social media, pleading with Prime Minister Narendra Modi to improve her school’s infrastructure. In the video, which has since gone viral, Seerat takes viewers on a tour of her school, Government High School, highlighting the poor state of the building and its amenities.
She pointed out the broken floors, dirty uniforms, and inadequate toilet facilities, requesting the Prime Minister to build a better school for the students. Seerat even took viewers to an adjacent building that had been under construction for five years and was filled with dust and cement. The little girl ended her video by repeatedly pleading with the Prime Minister to build a better school for her and her classmates.
Several users praised Seerat’s bravery and wished for her demands to be met. The video has received widespread attention on social media, and Seerat has become a symbol of the struggles faced by students in underfunded schools across the country.
