Welcome back dear readers!
While the whole world is marching towards Women’s Day, how far do you feel excited? Isn’t it true that we are the only species who are eligible for ‘breaking the bias’ ? With a bit of an extravaganza, let me tell you that we the wondrous women are the pillar of sustainability who are capable of dealing with all the roles taken, holding onto the values of humans. Various research shows that women excels men in being honest and ethical, providing fair pay and good benefits, and providing guidance and mentorship to young employees. Female leaders are also seen as more compassionate and empathetic than men. This is why some of the great leaders have quoted on this bias, well in advance to 2022.
“ Biases need to be publicly called out if we’re to make progress in corporate cultures,” says Indra Nooyi, Former CEO of PepsiCo.
” A diverse mix of voices leads to better discussions, decisions and outcomes for everyone,” Sundar Pichai, CEO, Alphabet
With all due respect to our cospecies, we really look forward to breaking the existing bias and would like to make this abode a better one for all. We do carry compassion and empathy throughout our journey to ensure no such biasing to be faced by any gender in future.
We, the Prayaana family, celebrate each day as women’s day! Yet you can wait and watch for our activities on 8th March 2022 when the whole world celebrates IWD.
