Bobins Nutriment: A Mother’s Journey into Entrepreneurship

For many women, pursuing a career after marriage and motherhood can be a daunting task. Often, the demands of family and work can become overwhelming, forcing women to put their careers on hold. But what if you had the support and encouragement of your in-laws to start your own business?

Meet Jiny Bobins, a young entrepreneur and mother of two, who founded Bobins Nutriment with the unwavering support of her husband, Bobin Joseph, and her extended family. Jiny was inspired to start her own company during her journey through motherhood and chose the unique name, Bobins Nutriment, for her food-based venture.

Bobins Nutriment currently offers eight products, including vacuum-fried banana chips that are nearly oil-free, super crispy, and free of preservatives and synthetic colors. Jiny and her team take great pride in the quality of their products, with Jiny boldly proclaiming, “once any customer tastes my items, they can’t stop from asking for more.”

Despite the high production costs of her items, Jiny has a loyal customer base that values the authenticity of her snacks. The COVID-19 lockdown was a difficult time for Jiny’s business, but with the support of family, friends, and her six-member team, she managed to survive and thrive.

Jiny’s vision for Bobins Nutriment is to promote “smart snacking” by offering tasty, guilt-free alternatives to traditional snacks. With plans to expand the product line to include vegetable-based snacks and more, Jiny is confident that customers will love them too.

Starting a business is never easy, but with the encouragement and support of loved ones, Jiny has overcome the challenges and created a successful enterprise. Her story serves as an inspiration to other women who may be hesitant to pursue their dreams and a reminder that with determination and support, anything is possible.
