A woman named Ridhima Arora, hailing from Jammu and Kashmir, has achieved remarkable success with her Ayurvedic snack venture. Aged 30, Ridhima transformed her passion for nutrition and healthy eating into a thriving business. Her journey began with her personal weight loss story, shedding 86 kg to 30 kg over two years through Ayurvedic practices.

A turning point arrived when her father, suffering from liver cirrhosis, experienced positive changes using Ayurvedic remedies. Recognizing Ayurveda’s potential, Ridhima chose to leave her corporate job and launch her own business in 2020. In less than a year, her brand amassed Rs 1 crore in revenue.

Ridhima, holding a PGDM in sales and marketing, drew inspiration from her family’s Ayurvedic roots. Witnessing her father’s recovery, she envisioned a preventive healthcare venture rooted in Ayurveda. After quitting her job, she invested about 22 lakhs to establish a manufacturing unit in Jammu & Kashmir.

Her debut creation, “Heart Tea,” designed to lower cholesterol, became an instant hit. Ridhima diversified her offerings, introducing herbal teas, breakfast cereal, health drinks, dry fruits, and more. Starting with physical stores, she expanded to online platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, even entering the US market. Notably, she attracted investment interest on Shark Tank India, showcasing her entrepreneurial prowess.

Beyond business, Ridhima’s achievements include being a yoga instructor, fitness enthusiast, and nutritional consultant. Her journey exemplifies marrying age-old Indian traditions with innovative concepts.
