Women’s Business Center RVA shines as a beacon of empowerment and support for female entrepreneurs. Recently marking its fifth anniversary, this nonprofit organization stands as a testament to the resilience and determination of women in Virginia who serve as the backbone of our society.

Offering more than just office space, WBCRVA provides a range of services to help women start, build, and sustain their businesses. From co-working spaces and virtual memberships to counseling, training, and monthly seminars, the center fosters a supportive environment where women can thrive.

Shirley Crawford, the executive director and co-founder, emphasizes the center’s commitment to treating its members like family. WBCRVA prioritizes the success and well-being of women entrepreneurs, striving to remove obstacles on their journey to success.

Services offered include flexible co-working spaces for those transitioning to dedicated offices, virtual memberships with benefits like mailbox services and seminar discounts, and consultation and education to guide entrepreneurs on the right path.

WBCRVA actively engages with its community through events like the annual “Boss Ladies Who Tea,” providing opportunities for networking, inspiration, and celebration of women’s achievements.
