Alia Bhatt Unfazed by Short Screen Time

Alia Bhatt, who recently unveiled the trailer for her Hollywood debut film Heart of Stone, alongside Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan, shrugged off concerns about her limited screen time. During the red carpet event at Netflix’s Tudum event in Sao Paulo, Alia was asked how she would react if fans felt her appearance in the trailer was too short.
“It’s bound to happen,” Alia Bhatt responded. “But I’m not too worried about that because, in the end, what matters is getting a sense of the story and how it leads to the final film.”
Alia Bhatt began filming Heart of Stone in May last year, shortly after her wedding to Ranbir Kapoor. Some fans shared pictures of her on set while she was pregnant with Raha in July. In a previous interview, Alia shared how she landed the role in the film.
“My team sent me the script and said, ‘If you’re interested, we can arrange a Zoom meeting with the director.’ Thanks to Zoom, a lot of things have become possible,” Alia explained. She also expressed her excitement about working with Gal Gadot, both as a lead actress and producer.
Directed by Tom Harper, Heart of Stone is set to release on August 11 this year.
