To achieve extra crispiness, be sure to add equal portions of plain and corn flour; otherwise, they may turn out soggy.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup plain flour (or rice flour for a gluten-free option)
  2. 1 cup corn flour
  3. ¼ tsp baking soda
  4. 1 egg
  5. 2 cups corn kernels
  6. ½ cup green onions
  7. ½ cup chopped spinach
  8. ½ cup grated zucchini
  9. Salt to taste
  10. ½ tsp chili flakes
  11. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  12. Oil for frying

Method:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the above ingredients by gradually adding some water.
  2. Ensure that the consistency of the mixture is thick.
  3. Heat a pan, spray it with oil, and pour the mixture into small circles.
