The Fly High Women West Edition event at MET Institute of Management brought together a powerful cross-section of women leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals for an afternoon dedicated to celebrating impact, purpose and empowerment. Organised by SheSight Magazine in partnership with MET, Mumbai, the event placed leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation and community at its centre.

The event featured inspiring sessions from women leaders across industries. Dr. CeeVee, Founder and CEO of SheSight Global, shared a special video message highlighting the importance of building networks, amplifying women’s voices and creating opportunities for professional growth. Ms. Garima Mittal, Technical Director at Arcadis, represented the power of technical expertise, innovation and visionary leadership, while Ms. Rossy Bernard emphasised organisational excellence, collaboration and inclusive workplace cultures.

The importance of finding purpose in one’s career was highlighted by Ms. Neetu Jawle, Founder of True Calling, while Ms. Shwetha Nayak of Arcadis India spoke about gender equity, employee wellbeing and creating inclusive workplaces. Ms. Hetal Dandia, a leadership coach, brought attention to self-awareness, emotional intelligence and purposeful leadership. Ms. Surangma Guha of SheSight Global further reinforced the value of mentorship, networking and collaboration in empowering women.

Together, the speakers and awardees showcased diverse pathways to success—from engineering and finance to entrepreneurship, agriculture, cinema and creative industries. Their journeys reminded students that leadership is not defined by a single career path, but by the courage to pursue purpose, overcome barriers and create impact.

Fly High was more than an event; it was a celebration of ambition, resilience and the limitless potential of women to lead and inspire.

As the West Edition wraps up, SheSight is already looking ahead. The Fly High Women Awards are being rolled out as a series of regional editions, with more Winners Felicitation and Community Impact Events planned across other cities and institutions in the coming months. Organisations, campuses and corporate partners interested in co-hosting a Fly High edition in their region are welcome to connect with the SheSight team.
