March'24 Editor's Insights

As March rolls in and we gear up to celebrate the incredible achievements of women worldwide, I couldn’t be more excited to present our latest edition of SheSight Magazine.

Our cover story, “Count Her In: Invest in Women. Accelerate Progress,” echoes the United Nations‘ focus for this year’s International Women’s Day.  When women have equal opportunities to work, learn, and lead, it’s a win for entire communities.

In our special feature, you won’t want to miss Fiorina Mugione‘s insights and leadership—they’re like a shot of inspiration straight to the heart for anyone itching to make a real impact on our planet.

“She Teen” shines a light on the young enablers of financial independence. It’s remarkable to see how today’s youth are taking charge and empowering themselves and others economically.

Then there’s “Rainbow Star,” where we pay tribute to Sindhu, India’s first transgender train ticket inspector. Her story is a reminder of the power of staying true to yourself, no matter what challenges come your way.

And in “She Sports,” we’re celebrating women who are breaking sports stereotypes left and right, from the ice rinks to the racetracks. They’re confidently rewriting the rules inspiring us all.

Our travel features, “She Travels,” whisk you away to the breathtaking landscapes of Hawaii and the regal grandeur of Udaipur. Now that’s some adventure!

In “She Musings,” you will read “The River that Died,” a story about love that didn’t quite find its ending. It’s a tale that hits home for many, touching on the ups and downs of relationships.

And lastly, I’m absolutely thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of our first special edition book, “Fly High Women,” on International Women’s Day, March 8th. With 51 incredible stories of the unbreakable spirit of womanhood, it’s something truly special.

Big shoutout to all our readers, and contributors for having our backs. Let’s keep lifting each other up, and celebrating women everywhere.

Much love,

Neha
