Gillian McKeith, the TV star known for writing about health and nutrition, has joined the cast of “I’m a Celebrity South Africa” as the first latecomer on Tuesday night. Despite admitting to being petrified, Gillian is determined to overcome her fears and represent all the scaredy-cats in Britain.

She is set to reunite with her 2010 campmate, Shaun Ryder, who she clashed with during the show. Ryder, who once said he wanted to kill her, is reportedly ready to face her again in the Chest Challenge game. The TV star thinks ex-Coronation Street actress Helen Flanagan, who quit trials in the 2012 series, “will probably understand my phobias and fears.”

Gillian, who famously fainted on the show in 2010, denies accusations of trying to avoid trials. She feels that this time, it will be more terrifying as she knows what to expect. However, she is taking on the challenge to represent the scaredy-cats in Britain.
