1. Gayathri Venkateswaran – Founder, GAVEN Financial Group
Gayathri Venkateswaran always believed that financial independence is one of the most powerful tools a person can have—especially for women. She saw how a lack of financial literacy often held people back from making confident decisions about their future. Wanting to change that, she founded GAVEN Financial Group, a company focused on not just offering financial products but also educating people on how to take charge of their finances and build a secure future.
Starting her own business, however, came with its own set of challenges. Managing work alongside family responsibilities, and parenting was no small feat, but Gayathri knew that building something meaningful required commitment and a structured approach. She planned her days carefully, sought guidance from mentors, and stayed focused on her mission. She climbed the ranks to become a Senior Field Chairman, earning recognition and awards along the way.

Seema Chintamneedi always had a deep appreciation for silver jewelry—its elegance, craftsmanship, and the cultural heritage it carries. But when she searched for high-quality pieces that combined tradition with modern aesthetics, she realized they weren’t easy to find. This gap in the market sparked an idea, and soon, Theeya: Jewels by Seema LLC was born.
Starting Theeya was exciting, but it wasn’t easy. Figuring out how to reach the right people, promote her designs, and make sure her work stood out took a lot of trial and error. Now, a year later, Theeya has grown into a name that people trust. She believes that each piece should reflect the personality and confidence of the person wearing it.
