IIIT Student Palak Mittal Lands Amazon’s 1-Crore Offer
Palak Mittal, an IIIT Allahabad BTech student, has shattered expectations by securing a remarkable job offer worth over Rs 1 crore from Amazon. Currently employed at PhonePe’s Bengaluru office, Mittal’s journey started at Amazon’s Berlin branch in August 2022, where Palak Mittal worked as a Software Developer for Amazon Web Services (AWS). Mittal’s success isn’t isolated. Her peers at IIIT Allahabad, Anurag and Akhil Singh, also achieved impressive job offers. Anurag secured a Rs 1.25-crore package from Amazon’s Dublin office as a Frontend Engineer. His prior experience includes software development at Cure-fit in Bengaluru and an analyst internship at American Express, Gurugram.
Akhil Singh, too, made waves by clinching a Rs 1.2-crore deal with Rubrik. Together, these three IIIT grads are redefining Indian tech talent globally, leaving their mark on the international tech landscape.
