Parineeti Chopra’s South Indian Meal Left Her Followers Drooling, Here’s The Recipe

Parineeti Chopra fans are well aware of their favourite actress’s love for food.  Her social media is flooded with pictures of exotic vacations and yummy food aesthetics. If you look closely, you will see that she maintains a balanced diet. Amidst her busy schedule one thing she strictly maintains, that is her diet routine. From delicious smoothies to healthy bowls, she likes to eat clean yet appetizing meals. 

Recently, she posted one of her healthy meals on her insta story captioning “Shoot Ka Khana” which left us slurping too. It was the classic South Indian podi idli. This soft, fluffy idlis with podi masala, with the sides of coconut and peanut chutney. 

How To Make South Indian Podi Idli:

To make this dish, all you need is ghee, podi masala, mustard seeds and chopped coriander leaves to garnish. And of course, get some freshly made idlis too. 

According to the name of the dish, podi masala plays a pivotal role in this recipe. You can get a podi masala packet from the nearby South Indian store or make it fresh at home, it’s not too hard! After getting the masala, all you need to do is put some ghee in a pan and add mustard seeds to it. After that, put the idlis in the pan and toss them well then add the podi masala and coat the idlis well and you’re done! Serve this hot with any chutney of your choice.
