Preeti Beniwal : inspiring journey to crack UPSC

Millions of aspirants across India are preparing for the UPSC Prelims test 2023, and for many, the journey has been a difficult one. However, Preeti Beniwal’s inspirational story proves that with hard work, determination, and the right attitude, anything is possible. Growing up in a Haryana village, Preeti Beniwal faced numerous challenges but always maintained high scores due to her sharp mind. After completing her education, Preeti worked various jobs before being tragically injured in a train accident in 2016. The accident left her bedridden for a year, and she also suffered a failed marriage. But instead of giving up, Preeti decided to study for the UPSC exam.

Despite two failed attempts, Preeti Beniwal persevered and finally succeeded in cracking the UPSC exam in 2020 with an All India Rank (AIR) of 754. Her father Suresh Kumar was a major motivator in her success.
