Consumers, driven by a lack of knowledge, unknowingly pay a premium for what should be a basic staple.

The essence of the matter lies in understanding that, in most cases, the unadulterated, unprocessed form of a product is the most beneficial for our health. Rushing towards fortified items, brimming with excessive minerals, can often have detrimental consequences.
