The White House has reaffirmed its commitment to working with India through groups like the Quad to advance economic growth and expand shared priorities.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre stated during a recent press briefing that the US is committed to advancing economic growth and expanding cooperation with India. Meanwhile, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman expressed her hope for a strong and peaceful global community built on the foundations of India-US cooperation. Speaking at a reception at India House hosted by Indian Ambassador Taranjit Singh Sandhu, Ms. Sitharaman praised the efforts of Indian community members across America in advancing bilateral ties. Ambassador Sandhu also highlighted the efforts of Indian community members in advancing commercial, economic, and people-to-people ties between the two countries.
