Yuvraj Menda Grateful for Unimpeded Showbiz Journey
In 2023, Zoya Akhtar introduced the Netflix movie “The Archies,” a teen musical comedy starring Suhana Khan, Yuvraj Menda, Khushi Kapoor, and others. Yuvraj Menda, who played Dilton Doiley, recently talked about being openly gay in showbiz.
Yuvraj, now 20, says he’s thankful his sexuality hasn’t hurt his career. He said working with Zoya Akhtar felt normal, which is what the LGBTQIA+ community wants.
He came out to friends and family around age 13 or 14 and credits their support for his confidence. June is Pride Month, a time to fight for equal rights for LGBTQIA+ people worldwide.
