Alicia Faubel Wins The Crown For Miss Universe Spain 2022

The coronation night of Miss Universe Spain 2022 was held on Saturday, 10th September 2022 at the Los Olivos Beach Resort in Tenerife where Alicia Faubel has crowned the new queen as she became the official representative of Spain at Miss Universe 2022.

Alicia Faubel is a Spanish actress, model and beauty queen. She hails from Alicante, Comunidad Valenciana, Spain and speaks Spanish, English and Filipino.

On winning the national crown, Alicia took to her official social media as she wrote, “If they told my girl from the past that her dreams began to come true, she would not believe it… but I would also tell her that work, effort, discipline and perseverance would make this dream possible. And it is exactly what I want to do, dream and make those girls dream who, like me, longed to be Miss Universe Spain and represent our country in Miss Universe.”

She continues by saying, “Today begins a path in which I plan to leave my skin to fight and show my values, show my inner beauty, be able to transmit my message and be able to meet you all and that you know me equally. Thank you thank you thank you for the opportunity and for fulfilling the beginning of my dream.”

Also at the end of the event finale, Laura Etayo Sarasa (Navarra) was adjudged the first runner-up, María Alexandra Cucu (Andalucia) was awarded the second runner-up, Susana Lucía Medina Martín (Canarias) was adjudged as the third runner-up, Paula Ortega Madarieta (Cataluña) was adjudged as the fourth runner-up and fifth runner-up position went to Noemí Sartal Loira (Galicia).
