A musical talent hunt for a noble cause—MUSICABLES by Neelambari Music Studio and Prayaana.

The society witnessed an impact on the specially abled talents par India, when Soumya Santhanan , the founder of Neelambari Music Studio, a researcher percussionist, voice trainer and the most sought out artist, when joined hands with Prayaana.

The duo team comprising of Neelambari and Prayaana took the event to a height beyond measure, when they set the stage for showcasing talents for the differently abled music aspirants. The contest was open to all differently abled talents, (age no bar) to disport their music talents.

The talent hunt conducted in February, witnessed 160 participants. The entries were invited till December 15th out of which 15 finalists under each category (below 18 and above 18years) was selected and asked to submit their performance. The final entries were submitted till February 1st.And the winners were declared on February 5th.The special jury of judges comprised of Soumya herself, seasoned musicians like Aneesh J S (music composer) Acapella and orchestra arranger, multi-instrumentalist along with Amritha Lekshmi V (Carnatic vocalist, violinist and Kerala University rank holder)

A musician par excellence, Soumya keeps on exploring different facets of music and this event MUSICABLE was her sincere effort in supporting those artists with special needs, the often ignored if not forgotten talents of the society.

A one-of-a-kind initiative by Prayaana in association with Soumya Santhanan to promote and honor such rare yet deserving talents speaks a lot about their social commitment.

An inspiration towards the aspiration of such special talents, an endeavor to bring them to the limelight, will continue to be a flagship event for Neelambari Music Studio and Prayaana in the coming years also.
