In one chapter, he talks about how you will use the rule 20/20/20, i.e. divide your time in that way, let’s see, how! After waking up at 5:00 A.M., in the first 20 minutes, you are going to exercise and meditate. In the next 20 minutes, you are going to reflect on your life for which you can try journaling. In the last 20 minutes, you are going to review your goals, listen to podcasts, read a good book.
In another chapter, he shared the 90/90/1 rule which means that if you want to master something, invest your 90 minutes for 90 days in it. These things if you start doing daily then they are definitely going to impact your life in a positive way. You will observe changes slowly. He explains the tremendous good benefits of these habits as well.
This is the first book that I read by Robin Sharma and I really liked it. This book will provide value in your life in many ways.
