Simar Khurana, a remarkable six-year-old residing in Ontario, Canada, has secured her place in the Guinness Book of World Records as the youngest video game developer. Simar achieved this remarkable feat at the age of 6 years and 335 days when she created her very first video game.

Simar’s journey into the world of coding began when her father, Paras Khurana, recognized her exceptional talent and sought out a coding teacher to nurture her skills. Simar’s aptitude for mathematics was evident from a young age, and she was able to independently tackle Class 3 math while still in kindergarten. Her creative spirit also shone through as she constantly transformed everyday objects, including waste paper, into crafts and games.

Simar’s inaugural video game, “Healthy Food Challenge,” not only earned her a place in the Guinness World Records but also showcased her commitment to promoting healthy eating habits among children. The game aims to educate kids about the distinctions between healthy and junk food while emphasizing the importance of avoiding excessive consumption of the latter.
