The movie is based on a girl who is a chemistry graduate but isn’t employed. She manages her living by teaching small children in her locality. Suddenly she gets an offer to work at a condom factory as a tester but she refuses to take it up as it was awkward for her. But to make her living better she chose to accept this offer and started working there. As time passed she came to know the importance of condoms in a woman’s life by going through a real-life situation that made her promote sex education and awareness for the usage of condoms.

Missing is a thriller movie. The name itself gives out the story. It centers around a teenage girl who uses her hands on all kinds of technology at her end in order to find her missing mother after she loses all her contact and connections with her. It draws attention to the bond between mother-daughter and the advancement of technology.
The movie is about a mother – or rather, one of many mothers, sisters, daughters, and colleagues, who have had their lives torn by the widespread violence in a country waging a war against its women. She is searching for her daughter and, in her search, weaves through the stories and struggles of the different women she will meet.
