FLY HIGH WOMEN AWARDS 2026-27: ITM Edition Set to Celebrate Leadership and Impact
Winners Felicitation and Community Impact Event to be held on August 6th at ITM Skills University
SheSight is gearing up for the next chapter of the Fly High Women Awards 2026-27, with the Winners Felicitation and Community Impact Event coming to ITM Skills University on August 6th, from 2pm to 5pm. Organised by SheSight in partnership with ITM Business School and DORAI Foundation, the invited-audience event will bring together an impressive lineup of speakers and mentors for an afternoon centred on leadership, purpose and community building.
A Distinguished Lineup of Speakers and Mentors
Dr. CeeVee, Founder and CEO of SheSight Global, will anchor the event alongside Dr. Lakshmi Mohan, Pro Vice Chancellor at ITM Skills University, whose presence underscores the strength of the SheSight and ITM partnership.
The session lineup features Ms. Garima Mittal, Technical Director at Arcadis, and Ms. Shwetha Nayak, Strategic Business People Partner at Arcadis, both bringing perspectives on technical leadership and people-first workplace culture. Ms. Afroz D’Mello, GBS Head of Logistics at CMA CGM, will speak to leadership in global operations, while leadership coach Ms. Hetal Dandia will focus on self-awareness and purposeful leadership.
Representing the community and social impact space, KVM Dr. Sumithra Prasad, Founder and General Secretary of DORAI Foundation, will bring a grounded perspective on service and humanitarian work. Ms. Surangma Guha, Head of Member Relations and Growth at SheSight Global, rounds out the panel with a focus on mentorship, networking and building lasting community.
Building Momentum Across Regions
This event follows the momentum of the West Edition felicitation at MET Institute of Management, continuing SheSight’s regional rollout of the Fly High Women Awards. With support from Tulsy AI, SheSpeakers and MeraEvents, the ITM edition promises another afternoon of recognition, mentorship and inspiration for the winners and students in attendance.
