Q. I am a 25 years old woman. I feel dejected very easily and a simple comment on me from others make me low. As I am a job seeker, I am looking for jobs and I am well qualified as well. But after each interview I experience a low, like I have fell in to a black hole. What I have noticed is I cannot stand judgements and I have this habit of keeping on self-judging myself. Always some comparisons are going on within me, and I look at others faces, and try to read or it flashes into my mind, what they are thinking of me. This happens while I am with an interview board too. So I panic, and do blunders. Kindly help.

Your self confidence is low, and that is creating a problem in your outlook as well. There are certain things you need to follow and practice.

1. Make a time table for yourself and try to follow it as much as possible.

2. Stand in front of the mirror and you should become aware of  how and what, you  feel about you, if it is negative, ask and question yourself as to why and  try to analyse what is wrong and why is it so.

Make a note for yourself to achieve the task and reinforce yourself by doing or buying something you like.

3. Choose a topic that you are familiar with and stand in front of the mirror and talk while you record the same. Later you can listen to it and get a self-feedback  and make it much better. Continue this till you reach your aim and your goal.

Best luck.
