Rashi Bagga, a BTech student at the International Institute of Information Technology Naya Raipur (IIIT-NR), has made history by securing Rashi Bagga job offer with an annual salary of Rs 85 lakh. This remarkable package sets a record as the highest offer received by any student at IIIT-NR in 2023. Interestingly, Rashi Bagga job offer from another company a few days prior but decided to appear for additional interviews, ultimately achieving this exceptional job offer.
The IIIT media coordinator mentioned that Bagga was content with her earlier job offer as well. It is worth noting that the same company selected Chinky Karda from IIIT-NR last year, offering her a package of Rs 57 lakh per annum, which was the highest in her batch.
Yogesh Kumar, another student from IIIT-NR, has also succeeded in securing a job offer of Rs 56 lakh per annum for a software development engineer role, this time from a multinational company.
In 2020, Ravi Kushashwa, a student from IIIT-NR, received a job offer of Rs 1 crore per annum from a multinational company, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, he was unable to join. According to the IIIT-NR’s placement office, the average CTC (Cost to Company) for the current batch has been revised to Rs 16.5 lakh per annum, with a median CTC of Rs 13.6 lakh per annum.
