Twinkle Khanna’s Touching Father’s Day Note

On Father’s Day, Twinkle Khanna took to Instagram to express her love and appreciation for her husband, actor Akshay Kumar. She shared a special post, accompanied by a picture of the two of them. Twinkle mentioned that one of the reasons she married Akshay was because she knew he would be a great father, having witnessed his relationship with his own family. She also hoped that their future children would inherit his exceptional genes. Observing Akshay in his fifties, she believes their children are fortunate if they have inherited even half of his genetic material. Twinkle wished a happy Father’s Day to a man who always prioritizes his family over himself.
Akshay responded to Twinkle’s post, expressing his love and gratitude. He jokingly mentioned that since Twinkle assigned him the “genetic department” for looks, he trusts her with shaping their children’s intellect and urges her to make them read plenty of books.
Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna got married on January 17, 2001. They are proud parents to their son Aarav and daughter Nitara, born in 2012. After her acting career, Twinkle transitioned into writing. She published her first book, “Mrs. Funnybones,” in 2015, followed by an anthology of stories titled “The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad” in 2017. The subsequent year, she released another book called “Pyjamas Are Forgiving.”
